Revlon earlier this month posted a wider second-quarter loss as it grapples with the poor performance of its Vital Radiance cosmetics line, which is now being pulled from some retail outlets.
"Vital Radiance is working quite well in some formats, namely drug and food, and having challenges in many of the store locations of the larger format retailers, so we are giving up some space with those retailers," Jack Stahl, Revlon president and chief executive officer, told investors during a July conference call.
