Videonics Inc., (NASDAQ:VDNX), Campbell, CA, has introduced its Video ToolKit (VTK) 3.0 desktop video editing package. VTK 3.0 goes far beyond conventional desktop video editing products in its capability to add Internet connectivity to the editing process, as well as its ability to link and control up to seven video devices through one computer serial port.
Key to the operation of the VTK 3.0 is the inclusion of Videonics' software and patented AV/Net Universal Module, which enables Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 users to create fully integrated multimedia video editing studios.
