Weekend Fathers is the most recent (1981) and one of the very best books yet written concerning men and men's problems. Some of the material tells us what we already know, i.e. divorce laws are unfair. Alimony, child custody and support, property settlements are all problems that divorced men must face.
Some of the chapters continue the theme of Herb Goldberg's books. For example, the authors feel that many males do not recognize their disadvantaged positions:
