A new ad agency promising oldstyle service and new technology has been launched by three industry veterans, in tandem with a Knoxvillebased Charles Tombras Jr.
The new agency, DH&Q/Tombras, is headed by Gill Duff, Sharon Harms and Steve Quarles. The three tout their combined "more than 100 years" of experience as a major selling point, along with Tombras' 50-employee agency as an additional resource for media planning and buying and back room resources.
