FirstSearch CA Student Edition

FIRSTSEARCH CA STUDENT EDITION - (OCLC FirstSearch) - Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) and OCLC Online Computer Library Center have announced plans to launch the FirstSearch CA Student Edition which is designed to meet the chemical information needs of undergraduate students. The database will become available by the end of 1996 and will be accessible via OCLC's FirstSearch system. The database will include indexing and abstracting from the most commonly held chemical journals in academic libraries representing 1.4 million citations extracted from Chemical Abstracts from 1967 to the present plus 200,000 dissertation citations.
