Abstract
The article gives a scientific study of the principles of advocacy. Formulated the concept and classification of principles of advocacy. On the basis of the sphere of dissemination of the principles of advocacy classified into fundamental principles (independence, professional competence, confidentiality, avoiding conflict of interest), organizational principles (territoriality, dependence of the judicial system, specialization, corporate governance, availability) and principles (efficiency, multidisciplinary approach, differentiated remuneration).

Introduction
Principles of the legal profession belong to the fundamental categories of science, the study of which was always relevant, especially at critical stages of state and legal construction, when the practice is keenly aware of the need for clear guidelines of the motion vectors of the legal profession. Alas, the principles were not the subject of independent complex analysis in Russian science during the period of both the previous and the current law on the bar.
1. Methodology
The purpose of this scientific article is to study the principles of advocacy, the formulation of their concepts, systems and classification.
Semantically, the principle is the basic starting position of any scientific system, theory, ideological trend.
2. Results and Discussion
In law there is a common understanding of the concept of 'principle of law' (Garoupa 2008). Representatives of the theory of law and applied Sciences formed the perfect approaches to define meaningful kernel of the principle and its characteristics. The definition of a principle is revealed through the 'ideas', 'standards', 'standards', 'regulations', 'requirements', 'principles', 'start' and the like (Kiikeri 2001). Equally broad is the list of signs of the principles, with the result that some of the authors system of principles comes to three dozen. And despite the wide range of views of most scientists is seen in the principles enshrined in the fundamental law, the most stable foundations, characterized by a high level of aggregation and expresses the essential features of law in General or its separate segments (Starie, Creaton and Wall 2001).
The common and different in the determination of the legal principles mainly lies in the plane perceived by the authors type of legal consciousness, according to which we can distinguish two main approaches - legalistic and natural...
