CASE TWO
NO ACTION was taken against the O-licences held by two members of a group of firms with operating centres located across the country, following an undertaking to appoint a second transport manager.
General Electric Capital Equipment Services, trading as GE Equipment Services Plant Hire and GE Capital TLS. had been called before Deputy Traffic Commissioner Elizabeth Perrett. The nominated transport manager in each case was Paul Bevan.
