A retired operator professes to having done a 'silly thing' by lending his O-licence disc to his successor as magistrates fine both men.
A RETIRED haulier has narrowly escaped jail for lending an O-licence disc to the operator taking over his business. The offence cost the two men £1,550 in fines and costs.
