SAN JOSE, CALIF. - Agilent Technologies has begun marketing a set of four components that provide all of the active RF functions required in code-division multiple-access (CDMA) 800-MHz and 1,900-MHz handsets. The CDMAdvantage components use a combination of secondgeneration pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor, silicon bipolar and film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) processes.
