I'd like to make you aware of a problem with Reveal Computer Products and the company's non-existent customer service. On March 29, 1996, I bought a telephone answering system for my PC, the Reveal TeleBlazer VM 100.
I wasn't able to get the system to work correctly, and for the next two months I called the company's customer-support numbers, sent messages to Reveal support via Prodigy, called the main switchboard and left messages for the technical-support supervisor, and even wrote to the president of Reveal.
