IMSI (NASDAQ:IMSI), San Raphael, Calif., a leading developer and publisher of premium productivity software for business and home markets, has signed a major licensing agreement with Dragon Systems, Inc.
This partnership is a strategic business arrangement for both companies, giving IMSI the retail distribution and publishing rights in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand for popular speech recognition technology currently being used in Dragon Systems' DragonDictate product, and giving Dragon Systems the immediate access to IMSI's strong retail distribution channels.
