Owners and operators of interactive voice response (IVR) systems now have access to a powerful management and marketing tool with the introduction of InnerView Global from InterVoice-Brite (Nasdaq: INTV). InnerView Global is the next generation of the InnerView product line, which has been proven in service with companies and telecommunications carriers.
InnerView Global is a graphical reporting tool that collects and summarizes statistics on virtually all call activity of InterVoice- Brite IVR systems. It can track activity on multiple network systems, generating individual, regional or company-wide reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or other user-defined basis.
New features provided by InnerView Global include:
-- Web-based access for remote users;
-- Scheduled distribution of reports via e-mail; and
-- An Event Reporting Option, which enables flexible, customized tracking of identifiable activity related to calls handled by the IVR. Event reports include summaries of caller account numbers, after- hours calls and calling card usage.
InnerView Global offers a variety of built-in, text-based standard report formats. Collected data can also be presented as custom, user- defined graphical charts or exported as electronic files.
