Development is under way at the Leetonia Industrial Park where Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of America and other tenants are expected to set up shop.
On Aug. 1, the Columbiana County Port Authority, park owner, awarded a $794,448 contract for infrastructure development to Columbiana contractor Edward S. Susany.
