EDWARD N. CoF and DANIEL L. JENSEN, Editors, T. Coleman Andrews: A Collection of His Writings (Columbus, OH: The Accounting Hall of Fame, Ohio State University, 1996, pp. xx/v, 544).
This is an edited collection of writings by Thomas Coleman Andrews, inducted into the Accounting Hall of Fame in 1953. It is the second in a series that intends to make available the writings of all such luminaries-55 to date-in an easily accessible form.
Professors Edward Coffman and Daniel Jensen have done a masterful job as editors. They categorize Mr. Andrews' writings into seven parts including the practice of accounting and auditing, local and state government reforms, federal government reforms, and political philosophy, among others. By including an almost exhaustive bibliography, the editors ensure adequate guideposts for the interested researcher.
