1eEurope Ltd (www.1eEurope.com), the first pan-European business- to-business total e-commerce services provider, has completed its second UK acquisition with the purchase of Britnet.
London-based Britnet (www.britnet.co.uk), founded in 1994, is a strategic provider of business-to-business e-commerce solutions, from web design to complex back office integration. Key clients include GE Capital, Daimler Chrysler, Arsenal Football Club, Eurotunnel, Battersea Dogs Home and The Spectator.
The completion of this acquisition takes the total number of Internet services companies making up 1eEurope to five - including two in the UK and one each in Belgium, Denmark and France. Further acquisitions are planned in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Spain in the quest to build a pan-European operation with a value of one billion Euros.
