We need doctors, so why wait until college to begin training them? JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano is teaming this spring with Mission Hospital (where JSerra director Peter Bastone is CEO) on a fouryear, science-focused pre-med program. Students will shadow surgeons, neurologists and other doctors, watch live broadcasts of operations, work in clinics and receive diploma citations. It's another step for the sevenyear-old school founded and backed by Irvine lawyer Tim Busch.
