Purpose
The purpose of this standard operating procedure is to establish a protocol to appropriately document the preparation procedures of uniform formulations.
Equipment/Supplies Required
* Computer (optional but recommended)
* Copy of the standard operating procedure tided "Length of Time to Keep Documents/Samples"
* Electronic or manual file system
* The Master Formula Form (referred to as the Formulation Record in the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary)
Responsibility
