Rambus Inc. has collaborated with Riscure to deliver cutting-edge security testing solutions to chip manufacturers, government institutions and security evaluation laboratories worldwide. As part of the combined solution, Rambus will expand its Differential Power Analysis (DPA) Workstation to include the Riscure Inspector Fault Injection (FI) products to deliver a comprehensive side-channel analysis platform.
