Moveable Platform Extension
Fully complying safety standards, the SafeTrack boom conveyors feature a new Man-Rider platform that attaches to the delivery end of the conveyor. As the operator loads or unloads a trailer, the platform on which he or she stands moves with the conveyor, making it easier for the operator to lift items onto or off the conveyor. The equipment features a clamp for a restraining harness, side fences and a non-slip floor plate. The bottom of the platform has safety edges at the front and rear. Platforms can be positioned at a comfortable working height in relation to the conveyor and the load face. As the conveyor is moved around the load face, the working height is maintained.
