A 78-year-old woman developed subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) during treatment with timolol for glaucoma.
The woman was hospitalised due to erythematous skin lesions. Cutaneous findings were observed mainly in sun-exposed areas with the tendency to form polycyclic annular shapes. One month prior to the presentation, the lesions initially appeared on the lower neck region and then extended to back and upper extremities.
