Ardex acquires W.W. Henry

CORAPOLIS, PA - Ardex Engineered Cements announced that it has agreed to acquire the W.W. Henry Co. and all the manufacturing facilities of flooring adhesives, underlayments and floor care products from Armstrong World Industries of Lancaster, PA. "This acquisition will enhance the ability to serve our customers," according to the company. "The addition of the W.W. Henry Co. adds a new dimension to our presence in the flooring market. We are now able to offer complete surface-- system solutions: self-leveling and trowel-grade underlayments, patches, adhesives, cementitious designer floors, ceramic tile sundries and more."
