The Western Washington University Center for Cross-Cultural Research operates a free website designed for students, professors, and researchers on the interface between psychology and culture. With the intention of promoting culture-related research and preserving the accounts of scientific study in culture and psychology, professors are encouraged to incorporate cultural content as primary readings and/or to enhance lectures and textbooks readings for courses in psychology or related academic disciplines. The online readings are also considered to be suitable material for term papers and projects that may be required of students in the field. Students should utilize outside sources to complete their awareness and understanding of the conceptual and methodological issues related to the scientific study of cultural influences on human psychological functioning. For example, the editors suggest that extensive coverage would include titles such as [1] Berry et al. (1997). On this website, many important questions are addressed and concerns raised that are intended to guide students' thinking about culture's influence on all of humanity.
