GFI Fax and Voice Faxmaker
GFI's Faxmaker for Networks/SMTP looked great initially, but it wasn"t long before we were disillusioned. For example, the installation requires that you enter a 36-digit serial number. Faxmaker accepted the number we entered and it wasn't until the installation was complete and the fax server started that it reported the serial number was incorrect. It turns out we had transposed two digits, and the only way to correct the problem seemed to be to reinstall the fax server software.
After going through the installation process a second time, we learned that the Brooktrout and GammaLink drivers we downloaded from GFI's Web site didn't work with a PCI...
