This fourth supplement provides the nutritional analysis of a wide range of foods for which there has previously been little or no data. The food groups covered are fats and oils, sugars, preserves and confectionery, savoury snacks, beverages, alcohol and beers, soups, sauces and pickles, miscellaneous, baby foods and dried ingredients.
