New card scores well on benchmark
ELSA's new Synergy II graphics card bridges the gap between the company's existing entry-level Synergy and highend GLoria product lines. Although the card was not quite ready for our main review, we did examine a beta card in our CADALYST Labs. The Synergy II should be shipping by May.
The beta version of the Synergy II is built around nVIDIA's RIVA TNT 128-bit graphics processor and includes 16MB of SDRAM. ELSA plans to ship it with the nVIDIA RIVA TNT2 processor which will speed the card up even more. Its estimated street price of $299 is more...
