GOLDMAN MARKS THIRD PROMOTION
Iselin-Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc. has promoted Jason Goldman to senior director, marking his third promotion in the company. Based in the firm's office here, Goldman has been a member of the industrial brokerage group since 1995, handling acquisitions and dispositions of properties for both tenants and landlords.
During his tenure at C&W, Goldman has been awarded the "Gold Production Award" and the "Client Appreciation Award." he has represented such clients as ORIX/RREEF, the American Standard Co. Trane, Carl Schaedel & Co. and North American Van Lines.
LANGAN NAMES GOCKEL AS ITS NEW PRESIDENT
Elmwood Park- David T. Gockel has been named president of Langan Engineering & Environmental Services and will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm. Company founder Bernard F. Langan will remain active as chairman of the board.
Gockel has been with Langan for more than 20 years. His projects have included serving as principal-incharge of the Colgate Center redevelopment on the Jersey City waterfront, and for the Xanadu project in the Meadowlands. His international experience includes Department of Defense projects in Spain and Italy.
MARTIN REJOINS GRUBB & ELUS AS SVP
Fairfield-After a two-year stint with Newmark Real Estate in Woodbridge, Larry Martin is returning to Grubb & Ellis, where he started his commercial career in 1994. Martin will join the office services group as senior vice president, leaving a managing director position at Newmark. During his 10-year career, he has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies.
