The Norwalk Transit Co. has purchased a 4.3-acre parcel on Wilson Avenue in Norwalk, where it plans to build a 40,000-square-foot facility for the "Wheels" bus system.
Norwalk Transit acquired the property last December from Eight Fifty Canal Inc. for $2.55 million.
