MISSISSIPPI
Occupancy at building C within Airways Distribution Center has increased following Retail Wireless Inc.'s decision to take space at the Southaven industrial complex. Retail Wireless will move its central distribution center to 177,039 sf in the asset, bringing total occupancy to 70%. IDI is the developer of Airways Distribution Center, which contains three completed facilities and two that are under construction.
NEW YORK
The historic Puck Building at 295 Lafayette St. in New York City's SoHo neighborhood has attracted the interest of New York University, which has decided to house its Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service there. The university signed a 15-year, 75,000-sf lease at the property, and the Wagner graduate school will take up 50,000 sf on the second and third floors. Florham Park, NJ-based Kushner Cos. is the building's owner.
