FACT OR FICTION?
Erik McMillan, 24, turned his own experience writing standardized tests into a money-making venture. McMillan created the Silent Timer, the only testing timer on the market made specifically for standardized test takers. To date, McMillan has sold his invention to students in Canada, the United States and 10 other countries.
