"I probably wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Atari," says Bob Cole, owner and founder of Bob & Ron's World Wide Stereo. While it may seem an odd fit for a store that, at the time, specialized in hi-fi audio and mobile electronics, the Atari 2600 gaming console gave the store more exposure than it had ever experienced before and helped build a loyal customer base.
