Washington-based Banner Bank has announced plans for new offices in downtown Boise and Meridian, having entered southern Idaho early this year.
Banner, based in Walla Walla, is set to occupy the first floor of the 11-story, 180,000-square-foot building developer Gary Christensen plans on the Bannock Garage site, at the northeast corner of 10th and Bannock streets in downtown Boise.
Christensen's project, announced in March, was identified as The Banner Bank building in a statement the bank released last week. Banner aims to open the office next year or in 2006, depending on the construction schedule.
Banner said that in Meridian, it plans to open a branch next summer in the Fairview Lakes development, on the north side of Fairview Avenue between Main Street and Locust Grove roads.
