Hoyt Street Properties is finalizing plans on what would be the Pearl District's tallest building.
The Metropolitan would stand on the full block bound by Northwest Lovejoy, Northwest Marshall, 10th Avenue and 11th avenues. The proposed 19-story, mixed-use tower will have condominium units, ground-floor retail space, and commercial office space. Two levels of underground parking, as well as a private lounge and a roof garden for residents, will complete the complex.
