This is a shout-out to Tammy Darvish, Jack Fitzgerald and Alan Spitzer, who formed the Committee to Restore Dealer Rights and led the fight in Congress to help rejected dealers get their franchises back.
The arbitration bill that passed the House and goes to the Senate this week is not what they wanted. But considering everything that's going on in Congress these days, it's a wonder they accomplished as much as they did.
