Abstract

Abstract: This study is oriented to exam the process of tacit knowledge transfer between boss and worker in large copper mining companies in Chile. [...]a theoretical proposal was obtained detailing the transfer process through six central elements: (i) confidence, (ii) social interaction, (iii) pattern registration, (iv) imitation, (v) knowledge exchange and (vi) application.
