VICTORIANS are crying out for more value for money from their water retailers. In the first survey of its type by an Australian water regulator, the state’s Essential Services Commission asked 5800 customers to rate their businesses out of 10 in four areas.
Average ratings over a year were 5.8 for value for money, 6.2 for trust, 6.3 for reputation and 6.4 for overall satisfaction.
