NILES - Since 1987, Tem-Pace Inc. has been making tempered glass for a wide variety of applications. Now, the applications are about to get even wider.
The company is planning to manufacture bent tempered glass - a new product - within six to 12 months. The change is expected to create 25 new jobs, said Human Resources Director Debra Patzer.
"It's a multimillion-dollar investment," Patzer said. "Our customers are asking us to enter this market."
