Benchmarking Performance Indicators for Water and Wastewater Utilities: 2007 Annual Survey Data and Analyses Report

Abstract

This 2007 survey and report (Catalog No. 20674, 97 pp., members $225, retail $350) is the second annual companion to the larger, more comprehensive 2005 publication of similar name. Along with the 2006 report, these three books track four years of performance data from almost 350 water and wastewater utilities. AWWA and the QualServe Benchmarking program funded the project, and APQC, a nonprofit group that provides benchmarking and best practice research, provided much of the analyses used in the report.
