Abstract
Michalsen et al evaluate the effectiveness of leech therapy for symptomatic relief of osteoarthritis of the knee. The research involves 51 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Results show that leech therapy helps relieve symptoms in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
