It's official: Following the partnership agreement between Renault Agriculture and Claas, Renault tractors will be finished in the familiar Claas livery and logo from October 1, with the exception of France, Denmark and, for the time being at least, the UK. The tractor pictured here is one of a number of hand sprayed Atles, Ares and Celtis models unveiled to journalists at a recent German press meeting. The first production versions will not leave the Le Mans facility until early October. The tractors might have a new livery, but the Renault spec and model numbers remain the same.
