Property recycler makes £2m
Brownfield remediation specialist Property Recycling Group's first interim results showed a pretax profit of £2.301 on turnover of £3.9m. It declared cash of around £8m with a further £1501 of debt funding. It is looking at a number of investments in the South East and could look at a share placing to fund expansion. Profits were driven by the £3.5m sale of a site in Saddlebow, King's Lynn.
Pegasus turnover takes off
Cheltenham-based Pegasus Retirement Homes increased turnover by 16% from £31.7111 in 2004 to £36.601 in 2005. Pretax profits rose 12% to £4.501. Average selling prices rose from £220,361 to £235,821, but sales were dowo from 140 to 133.
