Monarch buys Sandbury

Toronto (CP) -- Monarch Development Corp. has acquired Sandbury Homes, a builder of about 9,000 homes in the Toronto, Ottawa and Kitchener areas since 1975.

Sandbury will continue to operate under its present management, Monarch said in a release.
