Abstract
At present it is necessary that skills and skills develop that allow to strengthen the significant learning in the students. In the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Computer Science of the Technical University of Babahoyo, it has been shown that some processes that are implemented in the teaching work are not carried out adequately. The research methodologies used are qualitative and quantitative; which allows to describe the qualities of the phenomenon and examine the data numerically. The population considered is 130 people, including directors, teachers and students of the Faculty. The variables of the study are: (independent), Didactic Guide; Dependent Significant Learning. The results demonstrate the need to reaffirm meaningful learning for the professional training of students.
