The investment house needed an impressive, high-end venue, so put Altitude Inspires to work
Brief When equity firm Candover planned to celebrate the closing of a key investment fund, it was determined to create a party with pizzazz. This was an opportunity for Candover to thank the fund's investors and end users - managing directors whose firms had benefited from the fund. Because the predominantly male guests would be jetting in from all over Europe, it was vital to stage an inspiring event that would convince them to attend, explains Candover marketing director Helen Walsh.
Challenges Having chosen a suitable venue, 30 St Mary Axe, otherwise known as the Gherkin, the next task was to ensure every detail reflected Candover's polished image from the carefully chosen white Arum lilies and amaryllis arrangements to the winelist and AV system.
