IN A NAILBITING conclusion to the sale of the Burnley Hall estate, the core of the 3720-acre Norfolk property has been sold to a private individual, Theobald Agnew.
The last-minute deal thwarted attempts by a consortium to buy the whole estate at Winterton-on-Sea, owned by a German investor and one of the biggest marketed this year.
