Last month saw a surge of activity in the electronic forms arena as JetForm Corp. announced an alliance with forms-maker Moore Corp. Ltd., and rival Delrina Corp. introduced a new product.
Tiny JetForm, a $12-million forms automation company based in Ottawa, will be working with Moore-a $2.3-billion business forms supplier-to provide what it is calling "information handling solutions." These are products and services that allow users to move from paper-based systems to integrated paper and electronic processes.
The agreement will see Moore distribute JetForm's Design, Filler and Server products worldwide. The deal is subject to approval by JetForm shareholders, among other conditions, but is expected to close at the end of this month.
