European consumers' interaction with marketing emails increased significantly in 2004 compared to the previous year, according to ad solutions company DoubleClick.
Its 2004 email benchmark report claims that click-through rates (CTRs) in the region grew from 9.8% in Q4 2003 to 11.3% in Q4 2004.
