Using a business plan he wrote for an entrepreneurial course at Trinity University, Sheridan Chambers helped launch a software company in 1996 when he was just 21 years old. He then turned around a few years later and sold the company - Atension Inc. - to Rare Medium, a publicly-traded conglomerate, in a multi-million dollar transaction.
Coming off of that ostentatious beginning, one might think Chambers would be hard-pressed to repeat that level of success anytime soon. But he is already on track to surpass his earlier achievement with his latest venture.
The Denim Group, which Chambers founded earlier this year with business partners Dan Cornell and John Dickson, provides its clients with software development business systems integration and secure applications development.
