Tim Williams, president and owner of Priority Freight Lines in Renton, began learning the trucking business as a boy growing up in Spokane.
Williams, 34, is the third generation of Williams's to work in the freight industry.
His grandfather, Oscar, started WallaceColville Motor Freight in Spokane during the early 1960s. His father, Tom, worked as general manager of Wallace-Colville. In 1990, Tom Williams continued managing his dad's business and started his own firm, United Truck lines.
With a lifetime of freight knowledge to draw from, it shouldn't be a surprise that Priority Freight lines has grown more than 400 percent since Williams started the business in 1996.
"Both my father and grandfather have been big inspirations in my life," Williams said....
