A NEW COMPANY FORMED by former Compaq Computer Corp. executives is rolling out a line of PCs priced at less than $1,000 each. Monorail Inc. executives include cofounders David G. Hocker, formerly Compaq's director of software marketing, and Nick Forlenza, who recently served as mechanical manager for the consumer division of Compaq.
