MICROSOFT CORP. AND Computer Associates International Inc. last week launched a bundle of Windows NT, a SQL Server runtime and CA-Unicenter enterprise management software.
Unicenter software manages events, backup, archiving and security for large enterprises.
The bundle is available now and will be offered free in a seeding program to CA customers attending its conference in July, said Charles Wang, chairman of CA, Islandia, N.Y. The price for others will be about $2,000, he said.
